Hudson Animal Hospital on the Upper West Side of New York City is seeking a positive and professional Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in New York City.


  • In this role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering the best-in-class customer support experience. One of the most important responsibilities is to assess the urgency of the patient's needs and to fit them in the schedule accordingly.
  • The clinical team you will join is highly experienced. Drs. Chris Angiello (Tufts '98), Kyoko Yoshida (Ross '01), Kimberly Kahn (Cornell '09), and Cristina Carbonell (Cornell '06) are supported by 2 LVTs, 8 nursing staff, and 4 CSRs.
  • Our fast-growing practice is independently owned by Drs. Angiello and Yoshida.
  • Our state-of-art hospital was built in 2012 and features 3 exam rooms (1 dedicated to feline patients), surgery suite, dental suite, and an impressive list of modern equipment.

We are looking to hire an experienced customer service representative as an additional team member.
