Born and raised in Long Island, my passion for veterinary medicine began when I rescued my three beloved cats—Olive, Delilah, and Misty—as kittens. Caring for two black cats and one gray cat sparked a deep love for animals and inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to their well-being. For the past four years, I have worked in the veterinary field, where I am committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. My goal is to help animals receive the best care possible while supporting the people who love them.

Taisha is one of our licensed veterinary technicians at Hudson Animal Hospital. She attended LaGuardia Community College and graduated with an associates degree in Veterinary Technology in 2006. She decided early in life that she wanted to be a caretaker for animals.  As a child she had up to 10 turtles!
Currently, Taisha lives with her 8yr old son and a 1yr old Bearded dragon named Spike. She truly believes animals teach us what it means to be human. They see in us what we don’t see and love us for it! Every day is an opportunity to help animals and she loves every minute of it !!
