Jessica was born and raised in the Bronx, making her a true New Yorker through and through. She has spent over eight years working as a Veterinary Receptionist and genuinely loves being part of a field that allows her to help both animals and the people who love them.

If there’s one thing to know about Jessica, it’s that she absolutely adores animals of all kinds. Big, small, fluffy, scaly, or anything in between—she loves them all! Her passion for animals is what drew her to veterinary medicine, and it’s what keeps her smiling every day.

Jessica is known for her positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to find something to laugh about even on the toughest days. She loves making people smile, keeping the mood light, and helping clients and coworkers feel comfortable and welcome.

When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find her spending time with family and friends, binge-watching a good show, listening to music, or, of course, stopping to say hello to every animal she meets. She was also a proud cat mom to three beautiful cats who have since passed away. While losing them was heartbreaking, they only strengthened her love for cats. She knows she’s meant to be a cat mom, and she can’t wait to open her heart and home to another furry friend in the future.

Above all, Jessica believes life is better with laughter, kindness, and animals—and she tries to bring a little bit of all three wherever she goes.
