Important Update from Hudson Animal Hospital

EFFECTIVE MARCH 19 - APRIL 13

Dear Hudson Animal Hospital Clients,

As the COVID-19 crisis intensifies we have been diligently monitoring the latest recommendations of the NYC authorities and the American Veterinary Medical Association to best protect our staff and the general public while still serving our patients. As such, we will no longer have evening hours and will be closed on Sundays. This will be in effect at least until April 13th. Our new hours will be:

Monday-Thursday  8:00am-6:00pm

Friday  8:00am-5:00pm

Saturday  9:00am-4:00pm

Sunday  closed

We will still be seeing sick patients but all appointments will be scheduled as drop-off appointments. You will remain outside and a nurse will take your pet at the front door. The doctor will then call you to obtain historical information and to discuss a treatment plan. The reception area will be closed.

Wellness visits and administration of non-core vaccines (Bordetella, Influenza, and Lyme) will be suspended until April 13th. We will continue to give core vaccines (Rabies, DHP, FVRCP, and Leptospirosis) to healthy patients during scheduled nurse visits.

We are working on telemedicine options for our clients and will let you know of these developments as soon as possible.

We thank you in advance for your understanding during these stressful times and wish for everyone's safety and health.

As always, please do not hesitate to call or email with any concerns you may have.
