Alexis was born and raised in New York City. Since her childhood, Alexis always had a passion to care for animals and wanted to have a career in veterinary medicine. She graduated from Manhattanville College in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree where she majored in Biology and minored in Sociology. In 2015, she graduated from SUNY Delhi with a AAS in Veterinary Technology, became a licensed veterinary technician (LVT), and joined the Hudson Animal Hospital team.
Alexis is a very compassionate and loving veterinary technician who enjoys providing the best nursing care to the patients of Hudson Animal Hospital. She especially enjoys working alongside the DVMs during surgeries and dental procedures by preparing and monitoring the anesthesia and the recovery process for their patients. Her love for nursing care with the patients at Hudson Animal Hospital has inspired her to further her studies as a nurse in human medicine. Alexis plans on becoming a registered nurse in human medicine, as well as continuing to give her care as a LVT to the patients of Hudson Animal Hospital who carry a big place in her heart.
During her spare time, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family and friends, practicing photography, eating at restaurants, and listening to music. She especially loves caring for her two fur children Romeo (Yorkie) and Paxton (German Shepherd).
